Area of different business activities. I worked for the "Technology Solutions" division. You can learn there quite a lot (if you are interested). Low and middle management positions are occupied mostly by educated & very skilled people with a long IT-background, salaries are below standard (at least at the Junior/Senior Programmer Positions). Many of my colleagues were unexperienced university-students or people with no-IT background at all. Most of the programmers left the company after 1 year. Very low productivity of labour.
