This position requires the development of the components for the Spatial Services, namely the Web Services allowing access to spatial services and other kinds of server side interfaces.
- Maintain & develop Software components for the spatial services
- Design, implementation, test and technical documentation of Web Services allowing access to spatial services like routing, geocoding, reverse geocoding, map bitmap rendering, aerial imagery or visualizing traffic. Both RESTful and Soap interfaces are implemented and maintained
- Coordinate and resolve tasks with WebServices- and CDS-Teams outside of GDC Kosice (Eschborn, Chicago, etc.)
- Developing of Software components with MapTP APIs,
- Introduction of new technologies to the team,
- Investigation and root cause analysis of software and system defects.
